2. What personal data is collected

KlassikWerke may collect name, email address, country, delivery address, invoice/contact details, product selection/SKU, order number or payment reference, message content, photos/photo links submitted for support or complaints, and technical website information such as IP address, browser/device information and analytics data.

3. Why the data is collected

Personal data is used to respond to questions, process direct purchase requests, confirm product availability, price and shipping, handle payment and shipping communication, provide customer support, handle returns, complaints and withdrawal requests, improve the website and comply with accounting and legal obligations.

4. How form data is handled

KlassikWerke does not store personal data in public website files, public JSON data or analytics events. Personal data submitted through forms is sent to KlassikWerke by email and used only to handle the request, order, shipping, support, withdrawal, complaint or legal/accounting obligation.

5. Analytics and personal data

Analytics events must not contain name, email address, delivery address, payment information or free-text message content. KlassikWerke may track non-personal events such as page views, language selection, product SKU, country selection, eBay clicks and form submission type.

6. Legal basis

KlassikWerke processes personal data where it is necessary to respond to a request, prepare or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or where KlassikWerke has a legitimate interest in handling support, security and website operation. Where required, optional analytics are based on consent.

7. Where data is processed

Data may be handled through Gmail/Google services, Google Drive or similar storage for business records, Cloudflare for website hosting and form handling, PayPal, MobilePay and parcel carrier or shipping provider for delivery.

8. Sharing of data

KlassikWerke does not sell personal data. Data is shared only where necessary, for example with payment providers, parcel carriers, website/email service providers or authorities where legally required.

9. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where relevant, KlassikWerke relies on the safeguards used by those providers.

10. Retention

KlassikWerke keeps personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose. Suggested retention: general contact requests up to 12 months, product requests up to 24 months, order/payment/accounting records as required by Danish accounting/tax rules, and complaints/returns as long as necessary to document the case and legal rights.

11. Your rights
