Use this page if you want to return a direct purchase, withdraw from a purchase, report a product issue or report shipping damage.

If you use your 14-day right of withdrawal, you do not need to give a reason. Please still choose the relevant option in the form so the request can be handled correctly.

If the request is about a product issue or shipping damage, please describe the issue clearly and include photos if possible.

Installed, modified, damaged, painted, cut, drilled, glued, heat-affected or otherwise altered parts may have reduced or no resale value.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with KlassikWerke, consumers may submit a complaint through the Danish consumer complaint system via Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning and, where relevant, Forbrugerklagenævnet.
