1. Seller information

2. Scope
These terms apply to direct purchase requests made through klassikwerke.com. KlassikWerke currently accepts direct purchase requests from EU countries only. Direct purchase requests from non-EU countries are not accepted. Orders placed through eBay are handled under the terms and processes shown on eBay.
3. Products
KlassikWerke produces small-batch parts for classic BMW-related applications. Product photos, fitment notes and descriptions are provided to help customers assess compatibility before purchase. Customers are responsible for checking that the product matches their vehicle, setup and intended use before requesting a purchase. Parts are intended for enthusiast use. Fitment may depend on vehicle condition, previous modifications and installation method.
4. Product requests
A product request or product idea submission is not an order and does not create any obligation for KlassikWerke to produce or deliver a product.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices on klassikwerke.com are shown in EUR. KlassikWerke is a registered Danish business. KlassikWerke is currently not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on direct purchases.
6. Shipping and shipping surcharge
Product prices may include standard shipping to selected EU countries or may show a country-based surcharge during the request process. Shipping is handled by a parcel carrier selected by KlassikWerke. The estimated total shown in a direct purchase request is based on the selected product(s), quantity, delivery country and current shipping surcharge data. The final price is confirmed manually by KlassikWerke before payment is requested.
7. Direct purchase process
A direct purchase request is not an automatic checkout. The customer submits a direct purchase request. KlassikWerke reviews product availability, delivery country and shipping price. Direct purchase requests are typically reviewed within 3 business days, and as soon as possible. KlassikWerke confirms the order by email. Payment is requested by PayPal payment link, MobilePay payment link or another payment method confirmed by KlassikWerke. The order is accepted only when KlassikWerke has confirmed the order and payment has been received. No order is accepted automatically by submitting a request form.
8. Payment
Payment is made after manual confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include PayPal payment link, MobilePay payment link or another method confirmed by KlassikWerke by email. KlassikWerke does not accept card payments directly on klassikwerke.com.
9. Delivery
Orders are shipped by parcel carrier. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after received payment, and as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time depends on destination country and the carrier service. KlassikWerke is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect customer address information, force majeure or events outside KlassikWerke’s reasonable control.
10. Customer information
The customer must provide correct name, email, delivery address and any required delivery details. If incorrect customer information causes additional cost or failed delivery, KlassikWerke may ask the customer to cover reasonable additional shipping costs.
11. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods. To use the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform KlassikWerke clearly by email or by using the withdrawal form. The customer does not have to give a reason. The withdrawal period is met if the customer sends the notice before the 14-day period has expired.
12. Return shipping on withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the purchase, the customer pays the cost of returning the goods. The customer should return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing KlassikWerke of the withdrawal. Return address: Hindbærhaven 35, 4390 Vipperød, Denmark.
13. Refund on withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the purchase, KlassikWerke will refund the payment received for the returned goods, including the standard original delivery cost paid by the customer, if any. KlassikWerke may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method where possible, unless otherwise agreed.
14. Condition of returned goods
The customer may inspect the goods as they would in a physical shop. If the customer has handled or used the goods more than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function, KlassikWerke may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value. Installed, modified, damaged, painted, cut, drilled, glued, heat-affected or otherwise altered parts may have reduced or no resale value.
15. Complaints and legal guarantee
If a product is faulty or does not correspond to the product description, the customer should contact KlassikWerke as soon as possible. The customer should include order number or payment reference, product SKU, description of the issue, photos showing the issue and vehicle/setup information if the issue relates to fitment. Consumer rights under applicable EU and Danish consumer law are not limited by these terms.
16. Disputes and complaints body
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with KlassikWerke, consumers may submit a complaint through the Danish consumer complaint system via Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning and, where relevant, Forbrugerklagenævnet.
17. Fitment and installation
The customer is responsible for correct installation. KlassikWerke is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable tools, vehicle modifications, excessive force, heat exposure, chemical exposure or use outside the described purpose.
18. Product changes
Because KlassikWerke products are small-batch parts, minor visual, surface or production differences may occur between batches. Such minor differences do not affect the customer’s legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
19. Limitation
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. KlassikWerke is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, installation costs or consequential losses, unless such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer’s EU country of residence.
